1. Select the quantity you would like to order from the drop-down menu and add to basket. If you would like RSVP cards, info cards or any additional items please add these separately.
2. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to request your personalised text, or you can fill out the ‘add personalisation’ box.
3. We will then create a digital proof for you to approve within 1-2 business days. (don't worry if you need tweaks, we're happy to do these for you!).
4. Once you're completely happy with the final draft we will send your order to print. Your order will be ready within 1 – 2 weeks of artwork approval.

A pre-printed sample order will be sent within 1-2 business days.

For a full order please allow 2-3 weeks from placement of the order to completion and dispatch,  it may take sooner or longer than this depending on how many rounds of revisions you require (please allow 24 hours per round of amends).

Unfortunately, we are unable to personalise samples, these are pre-printed. Samples are to check the quality of the item before placing a full order. We will however create a digital file with your personalised text once you place an order so you can see how it will look and make sure you are 100% happy with the item before it gets sent to print.

Yes, we can print your wedding stationery in a language other than English providing all the information is provided exactly how you want it. We may also need to change the font to allow this.

It is not possible to return products for a refund. In the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification or not to an acceptable standard we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. We will also require you to return a sample or photographic evidence of the issue. You may change your order if it has not yet gone to print, or receive store credit for future use of our items/services. If your order has been printed and not been dispatched then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

We can change fonts, colours, background colours and tweak flower designs. If you would like a full bespoke order we can do this for you, however there will be a design charge for this. Please get in touch to enquire further.

Yes, a QR code can be added to any of our designs. It can be added on the RSVP or on the Details card or on to the invite if there is room.

We send items wrapped separately, so you can assemble them yourself and add in any extra bits and pieces you need before sealing the envelopes. If you would like your wedding stationery assembled, please select this from the drop-down.

We are an online stationery supplier so we don’t have a studio that you can visit. If you need to contact us, please drop us an email. We prefer to have everything in writing so that we can keep track of all your requests and decisions (and our responses) otherwise we are likely to forget the details of a phone chat as we deal with many clients every day. We have found this really does make for clearer understanding over the period that we work together, and is much safer when dealing with precise print work.
